Financial Literacy
We are currently carrying on financial literacy sessions to the teachers, parents and the youths to help them understand the importance of financial discpiline and management. This has been made possible with the help of DFCU Bank which provides professional financial consultants to talk to different community members.
Scholastic materials drive
We reach schools from different parts of the country where the materials are much needed. Our main target are the vulnerable children, street kids and the orphans who are considered less privilleged in the community.
Youth Towns
Through the parternships with AMKA Foundation, YEEI Uganda Foundation and Life Back Foundation, we are creating youths towns where youths are engaged in productive activities like Computer literacy, tailoring, hair dressing and brick laying. During their leisure time, these youths come together for social activities like playing pool table for social interractions.
Reading competitions
In a bid to promote literacy and improve the reading culture in schools, REF Uganda is running a project of inter schools competition whereby learners compete in book reading, debating and essay writing.
