Teachers do a tremendous job to teach every kind of a learner. A country cant sustain without committed and willing teachers. In some countries,Teachers are highly respected due to the nature of service they provide to the citizens.There is a motto which says “Because we are,The Nation is” Meaning that without teachers,the nation cannot be. All other professions are built on the strong foundation of a teacher.Given all the above facts, In Uganda teachingis the list respected profession among others.

Many teachers ar working under unfavourable conditions which affects their work output.In a bid to improve on teachers working conditions we launched the campaign to create an intrisic motivation whereby they save as little as USD3 per month to enable them develop a saving culture for investment. With the help from DFCU bank, We managed to get an app which helps teachers to save with ease.
